We want you to know that we, along with every team member here at Elysian, hear you. Our obsession with our customers is what keeps us going and is our number one priority. So here are some initiatives we have been working on to make your experience with us that much more robust and efficient:
Our photography production studio has partnered with our sister rendering studio, Halo Renders, to create something that we are most excited about: Virtual Sets. Any brand can now explore our library of digitally rendered virtual sets and pick one fit for featuring their products. Simply send your products to our photo studio and we will shoot them and place them in these lifestyle scenes. We couldn’t be more thrilled to add this innovative technique to our suite of lifestyle photography services.
For every one of you, the number one priority is to get your photos as fast as possible. We know that we have room to improve here. We take the time to give every project the attention it deserves because high-quality work is the foundation of what we do, so we appreciate your patience as we implement studio efficiencies that marry the quality you deserve with the speeds you need.
And, as always, we continue to prioritize what we do best: on-white e-commerce photography. This is our core service, the original idea behind opening Elysian Studios, and we have helped almost 1,000 companies enhance the visual storytelling of their brand over the last 3 years. Today we have the ability to shoot more products than ever before, all thanks to you.
Our parent company, ProImage Experts, which started as a humble scanning and restoration service 20 years ago, has grown to something we could never have imagined. Today we offer comprehensive post-production for a range of photographers and marketplaces, a full-service photo commercial production studio, and a team of some of the most talented 3D artists we have ever seen. And all of that, along with our ever-growing suite of services, is thanks to you and your continued support.
